Sulfurized rubber sheet waterproofing "NP Sheet No. 2 waterproofing method"
Corresponding to the advancements and developments in modern architectural technology! Lineup includes S type and S with adhesive (made to order).
The "NP Sheet No. 2 Waterproofing Method" is a technique that combines a vulcanized rubber sheet primarily made of durable ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and a tape-like sealing material primarily made of butyl rubber (IIR), which has excellent airtightness. To enhance mechanical strength, reinforcing materials are mixed into the polymer (rubber) and vulcanized to create an elastomer that excels in weather resistance, cold resistance, and heat aging resistance, covering a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures. Additionally, it is a waterproof material that has excellent followability to cracks in the substrate and movements of the building, making it suitable for exposed waterproofing. 【S Type Features】 ■ Uniform sheet across all layers ■ Excellent weather resistance ■ Good cold and heat resistance, maintaining rubber elasticity from -40°C to 120°C ■ Good chemical resistance to acids and alkalis ■ High fatigue resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
